1 -800 Mr. Rubbish™ recently had an opportunity to show off its HYBRID Electric Truck, a 1st in North America, at the twentieth Annual Vehicle & Equipment Show In Queens, New York City.

More than 125 vendors presented the latest in light and heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, horticultural equipment, tools, fleet related services, and more. 

1-800 Mr. Rubbish™ attended this event and displayed our first ever Kenworth Hybrid Diesel/Electric T270 truck to the public!  During the event, Greg Murjani (CEO of the Franchise Company) was interviewed by Jim Mele, Chief Editor of FleetOwner Magazine!  Greg described to Jim the goals and objectives of his new rubbish removal franchise company and what sets his business apart from all the other rubbish removal business.  You can read the FleetOwner Magazine article by clicking here.

1 -800 Mr. Rubbish™ Participates in the 2008 Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC!

1 -800 Mr. Rubbish™ paid homage to the Puerto Rican community by participating in this year's NYC Puerto Rican Day parade on June 8, 2008!  Cruising down 5th Avenue in our vintage 1931 Ford Model A automobile with Mr. Rubbish decals and one huge Puerto Rican flags attached at the rear of the vehicle, our Latino 1-800 Mr. Rubbish™ team members proudly represented our company and saluted the Puerto Rican culture and heritage!

 

1 -800 Mr. Rubbish™ Participates in the 2008 BORICUA FESTIVAL!

1 -800 Mr. Rubbish™ displayed it's 1931 Ford Model A at the 2008 Boricua Festival in Brooklyn, NY to raise public awareness of the franchise company and it's services and franchise sales opportunities.

 1-800 MR. RUBBISH CEO Greg Murjani Lights Menorah at Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, New York!

Jews around the world, including Brooklyn, kicked off the eight-day Chanukah holiday at sundown Sunday. Brooklyn residents gathered at Grand Army Plaza to light the first candle at what is called the tallest menorah in Brooklyn.  Greg Murjani (a.k.a.
